Consignment Drop Off Appointment

Note: Consignment Appointments are outside of regular store hours. 

This appointment is a scheduled consignment item drop off that is one-on-one with the pricing team. Your items will be sorted and you will have the choice to take home items we are unable to accept or have us donate them on your behalf. Any drop-offs with more than 25 items MUST be scheduled ahead of time.

** If you are bringing a large volume of items (50+) we suggest booking 2 appointment slot times to ensure we have enough time to go through your items.

Please arrive ON TIME for your consignment appointment. The store will remain locked until we are ready for you. If you are going to be late please contact the store as we may not be able to accommodate you due to other booked appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment (with no previous notice) your appointment will be cancelled and a re-booking another day will be required. Consignors who have failed to show up for 2 or more appointments will no longer be able to book a drop off appointment, a store walk-in drop off will still be allowed.
